Growing UP!!!!

Things have sure progressed in the last few months. Taytum now knows how to crawl, stand and if you hold her hands she will walk on her tippy toes everywhere. She is constantly keeping us on our toes and getting in to trouble all the time. Unfortunately this comes with the bumps and bruises with her daring personality and no fear attitude. Her personality is hilarious and when she smiles it sure brightens up the room. It's sad to think that my baby is almost 9 months old, but it sure is fun to see the milestones that she is reaching.

After her fighting sleep and screaming in her crib for a few minutes, I went in to check on her and I found her asleep bent in half with her head using her feet as a pillow. So cute I had to take a picture.

Going to church at Grandma's....crawling in her dress was a little bit of a challenge so she would rather walk.

For some reason she has a love for the outdoors, but it is too cold to go outside all the time. Whenever we open the door, so crawls unbelievable fast to get out there before the door closes. We let her puppy Lilee out to go potty and she crawls to the door and sticks her head up to the crack and waits for Lilee to come back. When she does she starts saying "E...E" like she is calling for her or I guess me to come let her back in. I love it now that she is starting to say words, except the thing I hear all day everyday is DaDaDaDa. Man life isnt fair. HaHa

HAPPY HALLOWEEN

Taytum's 1st Halloween was pretty fun. She was a ballerina which wasn't originally planned but it worked out well. We stuck her hand in a pumpkin and surprisingly enough she wasn't disgusted. My family carved pumpkins and my sisters and I went to the a haunted mental hospital called Asylum 49. Below are the pictures from our Halloween adventures.

Parent Anniversary

This past month we celebrated my parents 50Th Anniversary here are just a few pictures and we also had some professional family pictures done. Gives you something to look forward to.....BTW we are not the most photogenic family and hardly ever are on the same page as you will see.
4 generations.......

My Baby Growing Up!!!!

My little Taytum is about 7 months old now!!!!! She has learned to do so much like sitting by herself. She reaches for everyone and everything and loves to stand while hold your hands of course. She has now 2 teeth and they are razor sharp so watch out fingers. Grandma jokes that she is going to be an active toddler cause she wont sit still now, she constantly jumps either in your arms or in her bouncer. She thinks she is older than what she really is because she tries to be little Miss Independent. Don't leave the room though cause she is going through the separation anxiety and constantly wants you right by her side or at the least in her view. I cant believe how time flies.

Taytum's Blessing

My baby girl has been blessed. Now all we need is someone to tell me how to stop the spitting up and whining. She was blessed on July 25th by her Dad. Amazingly enough she slept through the blessing and was pretty good the whole day. Taytum is one spoiled little girl her Grandma made her 2 dresses the knitted one was the one I chose to have her blessed in but she also sewed her one. Her Grandma Great crocheted her one as well. Hopefully she will cherish them like I have already.

We had her blessing pictures done with the 2 dresses that her Grandma made her. There was so many pictures to pick from and I had a very hard time trying to pick the ones to put on here because I like them all. When it comes down to it my little girl was blessed on July 25th but we are truly blessed from the very beginning to have her in our little family.

4 Months Old

The last month has flown by and held a lot of first experiences for our little girl. She is growing so fast and filling our life full of love and joy. Her favorite things are taking naps with mom and dad, blowing raspberries, and thanks to her Aunt Missy she learned to growl.

Taytum went to her first rodeo... Days of 47....She was so entertained and we couldnt pry her eyes off of all the action. She loved it, there was so much going on for her to watch, now the expectations are high for us trying to keep her entertained.

It was a lot of horses around this month. We took her to Highland Fling where she got on Rio the horse with her Aunt Missy.

The next milestone is Grandma's favorite because she couldnt wait to give her rice cereal and Mom made her wait until she was 4 months old. After a few weeks of eating rice cereal with bananas. We decided to try squash and she really didnt mind it but man was it it everywhere. It will be fun to try new things from here on out.

She was blessed on July 25th by her Dad. It was a hectic few weeks and a crazy day leading up to her blessing but it was a great turn out for our beautiful baby and an overall great day. We had her blessing pictures done so they will follow in a few weeks.

Taytum cannot sit still she is the always wiggling and moving everywhere. She rolls over and over again on the floor so we look forward to the next month on her learning new things. Possibly crawling and her first teeth!?!?!?

Lehi Days and Grandma's Birthday

This is Taytum's first time going to Lehi Days. She did really well going to the parades, suprisingly since it was soo HOT. Being only 3 months old, she slept through a lot of it, but we look forward to next year. Taytum also was here to celebrate her Grandma Brown's birthday. She is spoiled by her grandma so it made such a nice day for everyone. We look forward to this time next year which will be even more fun.

3 Months Old!!!

My baby girl is growing up too fast. She has learned so much this past month. Some of her accomplishments are......she giggled for the first time and the one to make her laught was Lilee......she is now a "supported sitter" and if you try laying her down or reclining a little bit, she gets really upset and fights to sit up.....she is so close to rolling from her back to tummy, but that darn arm gets stuck so she only makes it half way......she is finding out about her hands and sometimes you will catch her just laying/sitting there watching her hands......we are having so much fun with her and love seeing all of the things that she is learning right before my eyes

2 MONTHS OLD!!!!

Can you believe it? Taytum is now 2 months old, weighs 9lb 12 oz and is 22 inches long. Many accomplishments over the last few weeks, she learned how to roll from her tummy to her back, and her little personality is making life more fun. She talks/coos daily and the smiles are easier to get out of her. Along with the accomplishments come the horrible 2 month consequences of vaccinations. She got her first set of shots and handled them better then I thought she would, now the task of getting over the soreness of the legs, it breaks her momma's heart when she gives that pain cry especially since it was her mom who gave her one of the shots :(. She is just growing up too fast but her mom and dad are loving every minute of it.

Baby Shower

These are some pictures from about a month before the baby was born at the baby shower that my family gave me. I got a lot of great stuff and something even more interesting both Josh's mom and my mom gave us stuff from when we were a baby. The cute blanket was made by my mom and the little white outfit was made by my Grandma and hopefully if it fits at the time will be her blessing dress.
